Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Return shipping label, Item in Original Packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened products unless the product is deemed defective
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and to state the reason for the return.
- To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If a product is deemed defective, a replacement will be sent along with a return label for the defective
- For products returned without cause, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is necessary as we do not resell product that is returned as we can’t guarantee its quality and freshness.
